Parameter values are not passed correctly thru buddy build

when some parameters values like \\myserver\folder\file.ext are passed, it doesn't pass it on to the service correctly and instead passes the default value.

for e.g

when additional parameter is passed as param1=value1;param2=\\myserver\file.ext

it actually queues the build in TFS as /p:param1=value1;param2=default

similarly there are issues when passing values like directory path "c:\fold1 "

You should surround those values with double quotes and things should work fine.

e.g.: param1=value1;param2="\\myserver\file.ext"

This is due to the regular expression I use to construct the name-value dictionary. I will create a work item to revisit this part and try and improve it to minimize the potential of issues similar to this one.
